Riesling 2019-20, Domaine Bruno Sorg

100% Riesling. Pale gold colour. Aromatic expression, nose bursts with red apple, ginger and citrus zest. Just about off-dry, there is a cylindrical mouthfeel with deep floral, lemon curd and acacia honey flavours. Musk sticks and a tickle of white pepper towards the end, while the mineral acidity glides thoughtfully throughout.
