HALF BOTTLE.

100% Riesling. bright pale yellow. A real aromatic palette, rich and exuberant, characterizes this gewurztraminer. The bouquet is powerful and complex. It’s an explosion of exotic fruits (lychee, passion fruit, pineapple, mangoes, etc.), flowers (especially roses), citrus fruits (orange peels) and spices. Aromas of honey and ripe fruit also help to give the nose an impression of incomparable richness. The attack on the palate is lively with citrus flavors. The minerality is still discreet and will intensify over time. However, there are already real salinity notes there. A wine of gastronomy!
