Pinot Blanc 2022 – Domaine Christophe Mittnacht

40% Pinot Blanc and 60% Pinot Auxerrois. Brilliant sustained yellow colour. Nose dominated by aromas reminiscent of fine yeasts, fresh butter and ripe fruit from our orchards The attack on the palate is fresh, the body is frank, the structure is generous for this rather “modest” variety.
