Gin ” Classic” – Osmoz

On the nose, OSMOZ CLASSIC is very traditional, the typicity of the juniper note is very expressive, all in delicacy. A vegetal touch brought by the coriander brings freshness. Delicate balsamic and resinous aromatic notes evoke the
fir bud. Very complex, this gin evolves towards fruity notes of citrus fruits, even fresh apricots slightly orange. The finish ends with notes of fresh humus of undergrowth as well as spices (cloves, saffron, nutmeg). On the palate, the attack remains subtle. The juniper, very present, evolves towards the freshness of coriander and cucumber. Fairly
light in structure, this gin fills the palate with fine aromas of fruit, citrus and spices. The long finish evolves towards the
lemon side (lime) with a rather fresh hint of bitterness.
