Côte Rôtie “Terrasses” 2017 – Jean Luc-Jamet

100% Syrah. Ruby, deep colour. Fragrant raspberry on the nose with floral and slightly smoky notes (tobacco). Palate is intense, fruity (raspberry, blackcurrant) and very energetic. The central section shows a richer texture, dominated by black fruits (blueberry). A nice minerality, pepper and a trace of leather are also visible at this stage and will develop more.
