100% Pinot Noir. Volnay’s fine Pinot Noir is expressed here with delicate complexity. This terroir gives a round wine with the nose of red fruits, currants and spices. Volnay is a full-bodied, vigorous and fine wine, allowing it to open early. It is young or older on roast beef, farm poultry, and of course on a cheese from the Alps, a Borgé de Valloire for example.
