49% Sauvignon Blanc, 23% Vermentino, 14 % Grenache Blanc, 12% Macabeu, 2% Grenache Gris, Malvoisie du Roussillon, Marsanne and Roussanne. A delicate pale yellow, crystalline colour with slightly bright green reflects.
