Gevrey-Chambertin La Justice 2019 – Domaine Rene Bouvier

100% Pinot Noir. The Gevrey-Chambertin “La Justice” has the aromatic and tannic intensity of the appellation. On this stony soil, grapes acquire aromas of heated rock, Madagascar pepper, Espelette pepper, ripe black fruits. You will find concentrated but fine and fine tannins in the mouth. A note of fresh herbs (Chartreuse) is married in a finish with persistent salinity that completes elegantly pouring wines from the commune.
