Entre 2 Mers “Cuvée Jade” 2019 – Château Graveyres

50% Sauvignon blanc, 50% Muscadelle. A delicate pale yellow, crystalline colour with slightly bright green reflects. Intense nose with grapefruit aromas as well as some notes of lime zest and white flowers. The attack is sharp and juicy presenting citrus aromas with iodised notes. A balance and salinity that ends on a mouth-watering finish.
