Elaborated from the mix of apples giving the juice coloration, amplified by a special knowledge for the pulp maceration and oxygenation. This pink cider is fresh and fruity, with a nose of fresh fruit and floral notes. A nice skirt of fine bubbles, combining light acidity and residual sugar in mouth.
