100% Pinot Noir. This Echezeaux Grand Cru has structure and depth. It is the quality of the tannins that structure this wine, with a superbly firm and precise texture. You will appreciate a restrained but complex aromatic expression, with hints of smoke and lichen, with black fruits, and sweet spices. The smooth mineral finish is extremely persistent.
