As producer says: The botanicals are blended in neutral alcohol of vinous origin in our 400-liter Arnold Holstein copper still. Maceration lasts approximately 1 hour and distillation takes approximately 4 hours. The distillation core has an alcohol content of approximately 76°. We then lower this volume with mineral water to reach a final degree of 43°. Designed like a classic London dry gin, the juniper is, among other things, accompanied by bergamot and fresh coriander. The whole is airy, floral and does not fear dilution.
